Leads the City's Public Works Department, overseeing streets, utilities, wastewater, water, transit, refuse, facilities, fleet, emergency response, and capital projects. Directs staff, budgets, contracts, regulatory compliance, infrastructure planning, and contractor performance. Advises the City Manager and City Council, prepares reports and recommendations, represents the City with agencies and community groups, and ensures reliable, safe, and effective public services.
