Lead sales and use tax administration, perform complex account reconciliations, prepare tax revenue reports, support audits, improve controls and ERP processes, supervise staff, respond to taxpayer inquiries, and manage delinquent accounts to ensure accurate municipal financial reporting.

Review development proposals, site plans, and construction drawings; conduct feasibility and compliance assessments; coordinate with developers, departments, and the public; perform site inspections; prepare reports and as-built reviews; ensure adherence to public works standards; provide technical guidance, supervise/mentor junior staff (II/III distinctions), and represent the department at public meetings.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for municipal engineering, transportation, inspections, and water resources. Manage capital projects, design review, construction management, CIP planning, regulatory coordination, consultant and contract administration, asset management, floodplain administration, and staff supervision. Serve as technical advisor to city leadership, present to City Council, respond to public inquiries, and participate in emergency infrastructure response.
