Provides administrative support to the Information Systems department and Director. Responsibilities include screening calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, preparing documents, data entry, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, answering routine inquiries, researching records, compiling reports, and supporting departmental paperwork flow. The role requires high school education or equivalent, 12–18 months of related experience or training, intermediate word-processing and typing skills, and basic 10-key proficiency.

Leads regional transportation planning for the Jonesboro metropolitan area, including development of the MTP, TIP, and UPWP. Manages MPO staff, budgets, and federal planning grants; coordinates with state, local, and federal partners; presents recommendations to policy boards and community groups; oversees public participation; and ensures compliance with federal transportation planning requirements.
