Leads the City's operating and capital budget development, monitoring, forecasting, variance reporting, and financial planning functions. Manages and develops the Budget Services team, advises senior leadership and Council on financial matters, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures alignment with corporate strategies. The role strengthens financial stewardship through business partnering, standardized procedures, process improvement, automation, and integrated planning across departments and municipal functions.

Leads the City’s enterprise data team and oversees data governance, architecture, metadata, integration, open data, and AI readiness. The role manages technical staff, co-chairs data governance committees, establishes enterprise data policies, directs catalog and lineage initiatives, and oversees Informatica IDMC, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, lakehouse, vector-store, and knowledge-layer implementations. It also manages data and application integration projects, privacy and compliance requirements, resource allocation, and delivery of modern data platforms supporting analytics, machine learning, RAG, and AI-enabled services.

Leads the City’s enterprise GIS team and modernization roadmap, including migration from ArcGIS Enterprise 10 to 11. Oversees GIS platform architecture, administration, upgrades, integrations with asset management and corporate systems, data governance, service resilience, and advanced spatial analytics. Manages technical staff, drives organizational change, supports enterprise data standards, and promotes GIS adoption through dashboards, open data, and cross-departmental collaboration.
