Coordinates city special events, permits, sponsors, budgets, staffing, facilities, meetings, and public communications. Processes applications, ensures regulatory compliance, reconciles fees and costs, maintains records and spreadsheets, supports facility rentals, updates the city website, and provides customer service to residents, visitors, staff, boards, and event partners. The role also provides administrative support to Parks and Recreation leadership and may assist with emergency public-service operations.

Provide database administration, report writing, scripting and application development. Build complex SQL queries, stored procedures and scheduled reports. Lead integrations/APIs, develop custom GIS/web mapping applications using ESRI/ArcGIS tools, support software migrations, produce technical design/test documentation, and provide application support and troubleshooting for City systems.

Protect the City's information systems by monitoring SIEM, endpoints, and firewalls; performing vulnerability scans and incident response; ensuring compliance (NIST, CJIS, PCI-DSS); assessing third-party/cloud risks; supporting business continuity; developing security policies; and delivering security training and communications.
