Lead content strategy, program scheduling and day-to-day network operations across multiple Weigel networks. Create and manage event/stunt initiatives, coordinate with acquisitions and research teams, track performance and competition, streamline processes, and manage multiple projects while communicating across the organization.

Prepare and edit radio and TV station logs for broadcast, manage and download commercial spots and paid programs, reconcile and investigate log discrepancies, communicate with internal and external teams, and produce continuity reports. Support the Traffic Team and perform other assigned duties.

Lead affiliate and outside media marketing strategy to increase network and program awareness and viewership. Manage partner relationships, media buying and reconciliation, event activations, publicity collaborations, and mentor a small marketing team.
