Develops and manages Charlotte Water social media content, including posts, graphics, and short videos. Maintains content calendars, schedules publications, monitors public interactions, routes customer inquiries, and translates technical utility information into accessible communications. Tracks engagement and audience metrics, prepares performance reports, maintains content records, and collaborates with communications and customer service teams.

Supports the Innovation & Technology Department's budgeting and technology portfolio management. Responsibilities include analyzing financial, application, licensing, and asset data; monitoring operating and capital budgets; tracking technology projects and lifecycle information; reconciling expenditures; preparing reports and dashboards; identifying variances and risks; and recommending process improvements. The role collaborates with technology managers, project owners, financial staff, vendors, and City departments to improve transparency, accountability, and technology spending decisions.
