Provides frontline and intermediate technical support to City staff and the RCMP central helpdesk. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, mobile device, network access, and peripheral issues; manages helpdesk requests; supports technology projects; and assists users with Microsoft Windows, Office, Microsoft 365, and related applications.
