Process and submit service confirmations and change orders via a web billing platform, audit and file completed packages, manage incompletes with field teams, update billing databases, communicate billing issues with customers and internal teams, and maintain documentation per customer specifications.

Lead design and technical delivery for substations, distribution, microgrids, and SCADA projects. Perform power system studies, prepare engineering deliverables, support procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning while ensuring code compliance, safety, and stakeholder coordination across the full project lifecycle.

Lead safety program for field operations on utility property, provide visible coaching and audits, conduct training and incident investigations, enforce compliance with regulatory and customer standards, analyze safety metrics, and recommend process and PPE improvements to prevent incidents.
