Supervise polyhouse construction and setup projects across India, coordinating contractors, vendors, manpower, schedules, materials, inspections, quality, safety, budgets, and timelines. The role requires extensive travel, technical drawing interpretation, progress reporting, on-site problem solving, and escalation of critical issues to management.

Provides day-to-day agronomy and crop-health oversight at client farms across India. Responsibilities include crop assessments, troubleshooting, intervention planning, executing agronomy protocols, training farm teams, escalating technical decisions, and reporting field learnings. The role uses farm-management software, IoT and sensor data, and yield/input tracking. It requires extended client-site deputations, relocation, and initial training in Ahmedabad.

Intern will learn to manage hydroponic produce supply chains, cold-chain packaging, procurement, supplier negotiations, contracts, client accounts, reporting, and business expansion. The role involves sourcing high-quality produce, minimizing wastage, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving operational challenges, and supporting client relationships. Candidates should be agriculture students or recent graduates with strong communication and management skills, Hindi, English, and Gujarati fluency, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel.
