Teams at City Garden Montessori School

Serve as a floater supporting teachers and school operations daily: classroom assistance, behavior/physical support, in-house substitute, lunch and before-care duties, supervision, front desk and event help, and participation in professional development. Uphold school policies, model inclusive/anti-bias practices, and perform related administrative and safety tasks.

Support the Lead Guide in delivering Montessori and anti-bias/anti-racist instruction, manage classroom behavior, supervise students, prepare materials, maintain a clean, independent-learning environment, assist with observations, data entry, and participate in staff meetings and school events.
