Teams at City Garden Montessori School

Provides flexible classroom, student supervision, behavior, physical, substitute teaching, lunch service, front desk, and before-care support in a Montessori school. Supports teachers and administrators, assists students with diverse needs, maintains safety and records, communicates with families, follows food-service and school policies, and participates in professional development. Requires a nurturing, adaptable, anti-bias professional comfortable working indoors and outdoors with young students.

Support the Lead Guide in delivering Montessori and anti-bias/anti-racist instruction, manage classroom behavior, supervise students, prepare materials, maintain a clean, independent-learning environment, assist with observations, data entry, and participate in staff meetings and school events.
