Provides customer support for CES Online by answering calls, chats, and emails; researching and resolving complex product, order, shipment, delivery, return, credit, and account issues. Coordinates with branches, customers, carriers, and internal teams; prepares shipping documentation, provides freight quotes, tracks claims, documents interactions, and ensures issues are resolved while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Provide technical leadership for drive and motion control solutions: size/select VFDs and servo systems, support installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, train staff/customers, partner with sales to quote and close engineered solutions, and act as SME for Siemens and other manufacturers.

Manage store and warehouse operations including inventory monitoring, ordering stock and job materials, purchasing, vendor relationships, showroom and warehouse organization, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting other branches across the network.
