Lead development of community indicators, metrics, and analytics for Housing and Human Services. Manage Salesforce and Exponent case systems, create Power BI and Excel-based reports and dashboards, collaborate with city teams and partners, ensure data governance and compliance (HIPAA, CJIS), support homelessness and housing initiatives, and translate analysis for leadership and public stakeholders.

Develops and delivers community education and outreach programs to reduce fire, life-safety, wildfire, and injury risks. Performs home and vehicle safety assessments, collects program data, coordinates with stakeholders, and supports program development and evaluation.
