Manage Denver's business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts by coordinating prospect research, outreach, site selection, RFP responses, stakeholder engagement, marketing materials, and Salesforce/CRM pipelines. Support executive briefings, events, and cross-agency collaboration while maintaining project records, reports, and community relationships to promote local and international business growth.

Serve as scheduling subject-matter expert for DEN's Design, Engineering & Construction Division: develop and maintain baseline, resource-loaded schedules, perform risk and earned-value analysis, integrate change orders, support Primavera P6 database and CIP master schedule, produce portfolio reports, and train/mentor staff to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Lead and supervise medicolegal death investigators investigating violent, suspicious, and unexpected deaths. Oversee shifts, review cases, train and mentor staff and interns, communicate findings to medical examiners, support community outreach, and participate in emergency response. Work is physically and emotionally demanding and may require on-call duty and occasional handling of heavy items up to 100 pounds.
