Review complex private development, capital improvement, utility, and land use plans for right-of-way compliance with City, State, and Federal standards. Provide technical guidance, coordinate stakeholders, perform engineering calculations, field reviews, and inspections. Track projects using permitting and asset software, develop policy and standards, mentor staff, and deliver customer-focused plan review and permitting support to ensure safe, efficient transportation infrastructure.

Plan, organize, and implement facility usage, programs, registrations, activities, and special events. Oversee and coach center staff, manage front desk operations, cash handling, facility opening/closing, recruit and train instructors/volunteers, coordinate community partnerships, evaluate program effectiveness, ensure policy compliance and safety, and assist with administrative and budget tasks.

Provide behind-the-scenes archival support: accession, organize, describe, and rehousing of papers, photographs, objects, and born-digital materials; create inventories and improve collection descriptions; assist researchers and volunteers; occasionally travel between two repositories.
