Lead policy, legislative affairs, and strategic projects for Denver Economic Development and Opportunity. Represent DEDO to City Council and external stakeholders, track and advise on local/state/federal policy, manage ordinance/resolution processes, lead high-profile projects, coordinate internal and external engagement, and support executive leadership with briefings, presentations, and communications.

Supervise misdemeanor and ordinance probation cases, manage caseloads, conduct risk/needs assessments, develop case plans, provide referrals and crisis intervention, perform field visits and home checks, prepare PSI and court reports, testify in court, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance and support behavior change.

Lead day-to-day administration of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG): manage subrecipient contracts, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate budgets and invoices, provide technical assistance, track performance and outcomes, support Community Needs Assessment and Advisory Board, maintain grant files and SOPs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet federal and state requirements.
