Manage enterprise SaaS customers from contract kickoff through renewal and upsell. Lead implementations, track value realization, monitor adoption and renewal risks, coordinate internal project teams, and maintain relationships from technical users to executives. The role requires German and English communication, technical project management, AI-based SaaS knowledge, and 30–50% travel to customer sites.

Design, implement, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and platform systems. Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Kubernetes clusters, container build pipelines, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and observability (Datadog). Improve deployment workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, automated platform capabilities.
