Conduct financial forensic investigations into potential money laundering/BSA/AML violations using internal AML systems, referrals, and OSINT; assess risk, prepare SARs, document cases, liaise with law enforcement, and recommend customer actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely case resolution.

Lead a software engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable systems. Own delivery, technical quality, hiring and talent development, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across modern front-end and back-end stacks and cloud environments.
