Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Commercial Enterprise Profitability platforms, including Precision Lender and historical profitability data marts. Partner with Finance, Risk, Technology, Data, and business leaders to establish profitability methodologies, pricing capabilities, data governance, KPIs, and margin optimization solutions. Identify and deliver AI-enabled use cases that improve data accessibility, analysis, automation, and decision-making while leading agile product delivery.

Handles customer calls and provides collection and recovery solutions for customers experiencing financial hardship. Serves as a subject matter expert, maintains account and system records, follows debt-collection laws and bank policies, supports junior staff, conducts peer reviews, and helps improve collection metrics through projects and process initiatives.

Supports middle-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail sector by building financial models, performing valuations, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents and pitch materials, participating in client meetings, developing transaction strategies, and supporting business development. The role works closely with junior and senior bankers and manages multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
