Develops commercial banking relationships across Houston by originating loans, deposits, and other financial products. Evaluates creditworthiness, structures loan requests, prepares credit packages, manages renewals and problem loans, and grows profitable portfolios. Builds business through networking, community involvement, referrals, cross-selling, and strategic sales plans. Maintains prospect and pipeline reports, ensures regulatory compliance, collaborates with internal teams, and delivers responsive customer service.

Administer and support Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, mobile platforms, and enterprise networks. Responsibilities include server maintenance, identity and access management, security hardening, network troubleshooting, VLAN and firewall administration, desktop support, Intune management, outage coordination, vendor management, documentation, and disaster recovery support.

Supports HR administration by maintaining personnel files, scanning and organizing records, assisting with candidate searches, auditing HR information, proofreading communications, coordinating meetings and events, handling front-office duties, and protecting confidential information. The intern also assists with HR programs, projects, compliance-related record retention, mail processing, and general department organization while developing an understanding of HR functions.
