Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting solutions, Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and KPIs. Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile data from ERP, Microsoft, Excel, third-party, and operational sources. Automate repetitive reporting, troubleshoot data issues, support recurring and ad hoc requests, document business logic, and collaborate with departments to deliver reliable reporting and process improvements.

The Assistant Controller leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; maintains accurate financial records; oversees reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, commissions, cash flow, and working capital. The role analyzes financial performance, strengthens controls, improves ERP and accounting processes, supports external accountants, and provides actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.

Manage front-end/cashier operations to ensure exceptional guest service, department profitability, compliance with transaction procedures, staff training and scheduling, inventory and supply oversight, and effective issue escalation. Drive guest engagement, supervise daily returns/credits and register key controls, assist hiring, and motivate the team to meet service and sales goals.
