Develop and maintain scalable backend services and SOAP/REST integrations using C#, .NET, ADO.NET, and SQL Server. Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, contribute to CI/CD practices, and collaborate with multicultural teams in English across multiple time zones.

Design and shape the technical vision for CI&T’s Agentic Ops managed services practice. The role requires expertise in support operations, SRE, managed services, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and GenAI, along with strong client-facing communication and advanced English. Preferred experience includes observability platforms, cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, and ITSM tools. The architect will work autonomously in a growing initiative and help develop innovative AI-enabled operational solutions.

Provide L3 support for Java and Spring Boot backend applications in a large-scale B2B e-commerce platform. Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, resolve complex issues, and implement preventive fixes. Maintain microservices, REST APIs, databases, messaging integrations, tests, deployments, and CI/CD processes. Analyze logs and performance metrics using observability tools, collaborate across technical teams, and document technical solutions.
