Reviews and releases background-screening cases using FCRA guidelines, client requirements, and company policies. Ensures case notes, reports, disclosures, and documentation are accurate and complete. Supports dispute processing, reviews vendor and team work, identifies missing requirements, maintains confidentiality, and coordinates with leadership to manage daily case inventory and service levels.

Reviews and releases background-screening cases according to client requirements, FCRA guidelines, and company policies. Verifies documentation, identifies missing information, maintains accurate case notes, reviews vendor work, supports dispute processing, and ensures quality, compliance, confidentiality, and service-level targets. Coordinates with leadership to manage daily case inventory and communicates effectively with internal and external business partners.

Provides L1/L2 desktop and endpoint support, including device setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, remote assistance, imaging, asset tracking, and access provisioning. Maintains endpoint security, patching, encryption, and compliance controls while monitoring SIEM/EDR alerts. Supports incident response, vulnerability remediation, phishing and malware investigations, cloud security reviews, documentation, and coordination with infrastructure and security teams. This hybrid role is based in New Delhi and requires office attendance two days weekly.
