Engage and support candidates through background screening by collecting documentation, explaining processes, handling inbound calls and disputes, supporting RFI responses, and maintaining required FCRA certification while entering information into internal systems.

Review, validate, and process vaccination and immunization records for background screening. Verify document authenticity and completeness, update internal systems, meet SLAs, escalate exceptions, perform quality checks, and maintain data privacy and compliance while working non-voice, back-office shifts.

Provide high-volume inbound/outbound support via phone, email, and chat for a pre-employment portal. Troubleshoot login, document submission, fingerprinting and drug-screening issues, maintain accurate records, ensure privacy/FCRA compliance, escalate and resolve issues, and support candidate relationships to ensure satisfaction.
