The job description provides limited information. The Senior Business Analyst will support business activities with a focus on customer needs and organizational objectives.

Manage Cisive’s Corporate Compliance Program and serve as the subject matter expert on FCRA, consumer reporting, fair chance, privacy, and related regulations. Responsibilities include developing policies, monitoring regulatory changes, reviewing client forms and contracts, resolving compliance issues, conducting audits, managing corrective actions, supporting product and technology initiatives, and delivering training to employees and clients. The role partners extensively with Legal, Operations, HR, IT, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.

Implements, maintains, upgrades, monitors, and troubleshoots server infrastructure across operating systems, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud environments. Develops standards, procedures, documentation, and disaster recovery practices; supports users through tickets and direct assistance; manages equipment procurement and installation subcontractors; participates in projects; and provides on-call and remote support.
