Responsible for outbound B2B solution selling in Taiwan (90% outbound first year), generating new leads via cold calling/email, meeting sales targets for wire distribution, multimedia and workflow solutions, managing client relationships for renewals, and reporting sales activity to supervisors.

Lead administration and operational delivery of global employee benefits programs, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, manage vendors and benefits platforms, oversee renewals and reporting, partner with Payroll/Finance/HR Technology, implement process improvements, and support global benefits cycles and employee communications.

As a Sales Development Representative at Cision, you will engage potential customers, generate leads, manage relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue.
