Identifies target companies, generates and qualifies prospects, collaborates with internal stakeholders, updates CRM records, enriches Salesforce prospect data, and supports ad hoc business projects. The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, quick learning, customer-profile awareness, collaboration, and interest in social media and sales tools.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including resolving billing discrepancies, setting up customer subscriptions and pricing in NetSuite, reviewing contracts and discounts, validating invoices, and preparing detailed billing reports. Analyzes operational data to identify process improvements and supports systems designed to improve revenue and efficiency. Collaborates with customers, employees, and consultants while maintaining accurate billing and accounting records.

Lead business intelligence and analytics for the Revenue Organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance. Own KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, self-service reporting, advanced SQL analysis, data quality, and analytical requirements. Enable stakeholders to use data and AI effectively, integrate LLM tools into BI workflows, support data modeling and governance, and manage analytics projects from requirements through adoption.
