Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance, resolve service and delivery challenges, and support renewals and upsell opportunities. Coordinate with internal intelligence and delivery teams to ensure accurate, high-quality insights and editorial outputs. Conduct research, writing, editing, quality checks, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk identification while maintaining strong customer experiences.

Develop and enhance CisionOne’s media intelligence platform using Ruby on Rails and VueJS. Responsibilities include designing software and data structures, evaluating APIs and services, writing and reviewing code, creating automated tests, deploying to staging and production, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting performance or feature issues. The role also involves responsible use of AI-assisted development tools and may include DevOps work with Kubernetes and Elasticsearch.

Owns, retains, and grows large Enterprise and Government accounts by driving expansion ARR, renewals, and durable net revenue retention. Leads strategic account planning, executive discovery, complex negotiations, procurement and compliance navigation, renewal-risk management, forecasting, and MEDDPICC sales execution. Partners cross-functionally on delivery and roadmap alignment while maintaining executive-level customer relationships and mentoring account resources.
