Provides high-level executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product and Technology Officer. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and Board coordination, briefing materials, expense and purchase order administration, stakeholder communication, follow-up tracking, confidentiality, and cross-functional coordination across international teams and time zones.

Develops and designs costume items for live performances according to artistic and technical specifications. Collaborates with costume designers, artists, operations teams, and other stakeholders; conducts fittings; creates costume prototypes; and maintains technical documentation. The role requires garment-construction expertise, strong fabric knowledge, bilingual French and English communication, adaptability, speed, autonomy, teamwork, and the ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.

Prepare materials, cut and glue costume fabrics, perform technical tests, resolve cutting and assembly issues, and suggest improvements. Maintain technical documentation, follow Cirque du Soleil quality standards, manage production data in SAP, evaluate work quality, and support other production areas as needed. The role requires costume-making expertise, fabric and pattern knowledge, bilingual French and English communication, adaptability, teamwork, autonomy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
