Lead global talent acquisition and employer brand strategy, transform TA operations and systems (including ATS and AI tools), build and coach a global TA team, partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, drive employer branding and candidate experience, and implement data-driven processes and KPIs to scale hiring globally.

Lead local marketing, community engagement, partnerships, PR, and promotional initiatives to drive awareness and ticket sales for Blue Man Group Orlando. Coordinate with sales, box office, operations, and agencies; execute campaigns, events, influencer visits, and grassroots initiatives; manage stakeholder relationships and local content/social media efforts.

Conduct ongoing cultural and technological monitoring to identify trends, collaborators, and inspirations; produce research dossiers, visual montages and syntheses; use AI and online research tools for curation; feed internal platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Nest); collaborate with creative teams to translate research into actionable concepts and recommendations.
