Supports artistic and technical teams for a live production by coordinating artists, rehearsals, training, backstage operations, show cues, safety procedures, schedules, records, and emergency measures. The Stage Manager maintains production standards, communicates lineup changes, ensures equipment readiness, integrates new artists, and helps preserve the show’s artistic integrity. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Advises artists and employees on individual tax, social security, tax residency, and remuneration implications across multiple countries. Prepares Canadian, U.S., and international personal tax returns, follows up on assessments, and produces tax compliance forms, tax reduction or exemption requests, and social security certificates. Supports Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Human Resources with tax questions. Requires knowledge of Canadian and international taxation, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and fluency in French and English.

Coordinates accommodation services for resident artists, including guest reception, room preparation and inspections, housekeeping task assignments, complaint resolution, security communications, Roomsy reporting, weekly cleaning schedules, and billing. The role collaborates with real estate services and other departments while providing responsive bilingual customer service and adapting accommodations for diverse resident needs.
