Lead applied ML research on agent reliability, long-horizon planning, and retrieval over messy operational data. Set research agenda, run rigorous experiments, build prototypes that bridge to production, collaborate tightly with platform and engineering teams, and publish when appropriate.

Own and deliver end-to-end production solutions: gather requirements, design architecture, implement frontend/backend/data, orchestrate LLMs/agents, perform production cutover, and define metrics. Interface with business stakeholders and operate in ambiguous, time-sensitive field contexts.

Own named private equity fund and portfolio relationships. Lead discovery, scoping, proposals, and closes alongside engineering. Serve as the senior client contact for portfolio performance and CFO-level concerns, selling through operational and financial expertise.

Build and ship AI-native full-stack applications: React/TypeScript frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, Postgres persistence, and LLM orchestration. Own prototype-to-production cycles, implement evals and observability, maintain plumbing, and engage customers directly to iterate features.
