Define and drive the CXOS platform architecture vision and roadmap, ensure scalable extensible microservices design, align architecture with delivery, provide technical leadership, produce documentation, resolve architectural issues, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee performance/security/DevOps concerns, evaluate third-party solutions, and be hands-on with Spring Boot/Java or Go.

Conduct policy and legislative research, monitor and analyse regulatory trends, advise cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements, collaborate to implement compliance solutions, and engage government and industry stakeholders to build partnerships.
