Teams at Circleback AI, Inc.

Build and optimize Circleback’s product-led growth loop across signup, onboarding, activation, retention, referrals, upgrades, and integrations. Develop analytics and experimentation infrastructure, including event instrumentation, attribution, dashboards, and A/B tests. Ship growth features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms while partnering with founders and marketing to identify and evaluate experiments.

Build and evolve the design system, craft polished interactions and animations, solve complex information-navigation problems, prototype ideas in code, and improve onboarding and activation. Collaborate directly with engineers and founders on product direction, while helping establish the company’s design function and potentially leading it over time.

Senior individual contributor building full-stack features across web (React, Next.js), desktop (Electron, Swift), and mobile (React Native). Own ambiguous problems end-to-end, set technical direction, work on AI-powered workflows (search, transcription, automations), mentor engineers, and iterate quickly with founders to ship production-quality software.
