Senior individual contributor building full-stack features across web (React, Next.js), desktop (Electron, Swift), and mobile (React Native). Own ambiguous problems end-to-end, set technical direction, work on AI-powered workflows (search, transcription, automations), mentor engineers, and iterate quickly with founders to ship production-quality software.

Provide high-touch operational support to the CEO and team: manage hiring logistics, payroll and people admin, office operations, customer visits and demos, inbound sales, finances, security assessments, swag, and team events. Act as primary face for customers and candidates, streamline processes, and run the companys back-office systems to increase team focus and velocity.

Work directly with the CEO to run company cadence, execute initiatives across hiring, growth, sales, marketing, partnerships and operations, handle admin (payroll, expenses, vendors), run customer interactions and demos, and build processes and automation to scale the business.
