Teams at Circle the City

Directs daily operations of a medical respite center serving patients experiencing or at risk for homelessness. Leads nursing, administrative, transportation, dietary, and clinical support teams; oversees staffing, scheduling, budgets, supplies, admissions, discharges, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, reporting, and employee development. Provides clinical guidance to licensed nurses and ensures patient satisfaction, clinical quality, financial performance, and adherence to Arizona Department of Health Services standards.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, CMO, and executive leadership team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, board governance records, minutes, compliance documentation, and special projects. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, conducts research, prepares reports and presentations, maintains confidentiality, and supports an organized, safe office environment.
