Provide holistic primary and urgent care to people experiencing homelessness across multiple sites, including medical respite centers, clinics, mobile unit, and outreach. Assess, diagnose, order/interpret tests, counsel patients, document care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to legal and infection-control requirements.

Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care as a Physician Assistant across multiple settings (medical respite centers, clinics, mobile unit, street outreach). Assess, diagnose, order/interpret tests, develop management plans, document care, counsel patients, collaborate with physicians, and ensure infection control and regulatory compliance while supporting care transitions for underserved populations.

Part-time internship supporting Compliance & Privacy operations at an FQHC. Tasks include assisting with audits, risk assessments, board presentation preparation, meeting minutes, compliance documentation, facility site surveys, and development of risk/quality reports while collaborating on process improvements and governance activities.
