Circle Cardiovascular Imaging Benefits Overview

Provide remote and onsite technical software support for cardiovascular imaging products: troubleshoot clinical production issues, analyze/prioritize tickets, assist installations/configuration, advise on infrastructure and workflows, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and support customer success.

Manage end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned accounts to ensure on-time contract execution and retention. Proactively engage stakeholders to assess satisfaction, mitigate churn, negotiate terms, forecast renewal revenue, maintain Salesforce and DealHub records, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Finance and Customer Success, and support transitions to subscription models.

Design, implement, and deploy high-performance deep learning models for 3D medical image tasks (segmentation, registration, geometric analysis). Own ML components from architecture through validation and production integration, write maintainable Python/C++ code, mentor junior staff, and contribute to research and model validation for cardiovascular imaging products.
