Lead and build a scalable People function for a growth-stage B2B SaaS company. Own people strategy, organisational design, HRIS selection and implementation, multi-country compliance (Irish/EU), SOC2/ISO people controls, performance and reward frameworks, manager enablement, ER case management, onboarding, L&D, people reporting, and HR team development.

The Sales Executive will drive market expansion in South Africa, owning sales cycles, building relationships, and influencing growth strategy.
