Own full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, GL coding, PO and contract verification, vendor payments, and issue resolution. Process employee and corporate expenses, reconcile corporate credit cards and selected accounts, prepare journal entries, and support month-end and year-end activities. The role also handles HST remittances, responds to employee and vendor inquiries, and improves Finance processes and controls.

Lead design and development of XDR and DNS-based cybersecurity backend services. Translate security requirements into secure, scalable code, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, support CI/CD, containerized/cloud deployments, troubleshoot performance and vulnerabilities, participate in architecture decisions, maintain documentation, and join a rotating 24/7 on-call incident response schedule.

Maintain and improve reusable GitLab CI/CD components and templates; design and optimize pipelines for Java/Maven apps; manage runners, registries and artifacts; improve pipeline performance and security; troubleshoot build and pipeline issues; collaborate with Development, Security, SRE and Platform teams; coach and document CI/CD best practices to enable teams to own their pipelines.

The role involves leading a technical solutions team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and building customer relationships while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Lead go-to-market strategy and product marketing for CIRA Cybersecurity Services and Hello Registry. Manage and coach a small product marketing team, run cross-functional launches, build sales enablement, oversee budgets and agencies, represent CIRA externally, and measure and optimize campaigns to drive pipeline and sales.

Design, develop and support end-to-end BI solutions including dimensional data models, ETL pipelines, reports and dashboards. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to BI architecture, and participate in CI/CD and release processes to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Lead product strategy and execution for CIRA's Cyber-DNS security platform. Define roadmaps, drive discovery, write requirements, and partner with engineering, security operations, and go-to-market teams to build XDR, DNS-security, detection pipelines, automation, and integrations that improve detection, investigation, and response at scale.

Lead and develop an SRE and platform engineering team to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of CIRA's registry platforms. Define SRE practices (SLOs/SLIs/error budgets), drive cloud-native platform design (AWS), champion IaC/GitOps and automation, manage incidents, improve observability, and collaborate cross-functionally on capacity, DR, and resilience.
