Manage and maintain CIRA's storage, compute, virtualization, monitoring, logging, backup and cloud infrastructure. Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware/software, administer backups and recovery tests, lifecycle IT assets, perform OS provisioning and patching, support incident/change processes aligned to ISO 27001, participate in on-call rotation, and coordinate with teams and vendors including travel to data centers as needed.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner advising leaders on talent, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management and complex employee relations. Build trusted relationships, use data to identify opportunities, coach leaders, support change and ensure people initiatives are implemented across the organization to drive business outcomes.
