Own end-to-end product design for complex enterprise B2B software used by engineers, operators, and administrators. Responsibilities include discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, user research, usability testing, design-system development, design-quality metrics, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. The role requires independent decision-making, ownership across the development cycle, and active use of AI tools in design workflows.

Designs, develops, and supports enterprise HPC and cloud infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include architecture, software platform development, proof-of-concept delivery, capacity planning, system design, launch reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and open-source communities. The role requires maintaining system performance, solving ambiguous technical problems, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Lead technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements for CIQ infrastructure solutions in Japan. Partner with account executives, conduct discovery, design architectures, deliver demonstrations and workshops, lead proof-of-concept deployments, and advise on integration, deployment, and performance tuning. Enable local partners through training and architecture guidance while connecting customer needs to CIQ engineering and product roadmaps. The role requires deep Linux infrastructure expertise, customer-facing communication, and fluency in Japanese and English.
