Own CIQ’s channel-led revenue by recruiting and developing resellers, VARs, SIs, MSPs, and distributors. Build partner pipelines, negotiate agreements and economics, enable partner sellers and engineers, establish program mechanics, manage co-selling and channel conflict, coordinate demand generation, and forecast channel-sourced and influenced revenue. The role requires hands-on channel sales experience, commercial judgment, partner relationship-building, and experience creating or scaling partner programs.

Build, patch, customize, and test Linux userspace packages for Rocky Linux products. Remediate CVEs, improve package-building automation, develop automated system tests, and support deployments across servers, virtual machines, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate on architecture, proofs of concept, documentation, capacity planning, and launch reviews while contributing to open-source development and CI/CD practices.

Develop and maintain Linux kernel components and live-patching infrastructure for Rocky Linux. Responsibilities include kernel design, C programming, debugging memory management and process scheduling issues, device-driver and hardware integration, performance optimization, code review, documentation, and mentoring junior developers. The role requires deep Linux kernel internals expertise, familiarity with x86 and ARM architectures, Git workflows, and at least five years of kernel development experience.
