Perform end-to-end manual testing for mobile and web applications, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and data validation testing. Create test plans and cases, track defects using JIRA or Trello, validate application outputs with SQL, collaborate with development and product teams, support release sign-offs, document QA processes, and recommend quality improvements.

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++, extensions, Chain of Command, forms, classes, tables, data entities, and integrations. Design external-system integrations, manage deployments, upgrades, and ISV solutions, and collaborate with functional teams. Ensure code quality, performance, and security while participating in Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery. The role requires strong D365 F&O development expertise, Azure knowledge, CI/CD experience, and functional understanding of Finance modules.

Leads the architecture, governance, integration, and delivery of AI-driven solutions across enterprise CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms. Designs AI/ML-enabled backend workflows, APIs, event-driven systems, automation pipelines, and production environments. Partners with technical and business stakeholders, ensures scalability, security, and compliance, and communicates architecture decisions. The role requires extensive enterprise architecture and systems integration experience, production AI implementation expertise, and knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, and related technologies.
