Lead and coach dealership sales staff to meet/exceed sales goals. Train and mentor salespeople on closing techniques, assist customers selecting and demoing vehicles, track team performance, and support deal closings. Maintain high-quality customer service and compliance with dealership processes.

Welcome customers, guide them through vehicle purchases, identify vehicles that fit their needs, build customer relationships, and follow a supported sales process. The role requires strong communication, listening skills, motivation, and a clean driving record. Paid training is provided, and compensation includes a base salary with bonuses or commission-based plans.

Supports automotive dealership compliance by updating regulatory notices, conducting internal audits, maintaining licenses and DOT records, managing compliance certifications, and updating Reynolds and other dealership platforms. Provides employee support for Reynolds and related variable-operation systems, including VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, and Ally. Travel to all company dealerships is required.
