Lead architecture and modernization efforts to migrate legacy monoliths to a Java/Kotlin/Spring stack, design patterns for zero-downtime displacement, mentor engineers, build and transition services from Go, collaborate with product across timezones, ensure observability with Grafana and tracing, enforce robust testing, and leverage agentic tools to accelerate refactoring.

Lead global BI strategy and team to shift from reactive reporting to intelligence-first analytics. Own enterprise KPIs, data governance, data cataloging, and a modern cloud data stack (Databricks). Partner with cross-functional leaders, drive BI tool modernization, automate month-end processes, champion AI-driven insights, manage vendor relationships and BI budget, and build self-service, governed analytics across the organization.

Manage a small portfolio of EMEA key accounts to retain and grow revenue. Build consultative relationships, develop quarterly growth plans, communicate Cint value, forecast and track account metrics, serve as customer lead and voice internally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
