Leads Cint’s global People Operations function, overseeing employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies, benefits operations, and lifecycle processes. Drives transformation through self-service, automation, AI-enabled workflows, improved case management, and scalable operating models. Partners across People functions, manages global teams, strengthens systems and governance, and balances global consistency with local requirements while improving employee experience and operational efficiency.

Leads Cint’s global People Operations function, overseeing employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies, benefits, case management, and employee lifecycle processes. Drives operational transformation through workflow automation, AI-enabled services, self-service, and scalable support models. Manages global teams, vendors, systems, governance, and the People Operations roadmap while improving employee experience, service quality, efficiency, and consistency across regions.

Lead modernization of Cint’s cloud infrastructure and deployment platform by migrating CI/CD from Jenkins to Harness, automating AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and supporting developer self-service. Manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads, improve observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK, troubleshoot deployment issues, and participate in an on-call rotation.
