Lead U.S. franchise growth by identifying and onboarding franchise partners, analyzing markets and locations, navigating U.S. franchising legal/regulatory frameworks, and negotiating agreements. Act as liaison between headquarters and U.S. partners, support onboarding, and drive scalable market entry through strategic partner relationships and travel-enabled fieldwork.

Support franchise partners with daily operations, lead and accompany new store openings internationally, monitor performance (P&L, cost management, platform ratings), manage quality and HACCP audits, design training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale operations and ensure partner success.
