Create polished ads, trailers, social cutdowns, and showcase videos from Roblox gameplay for branded activations, events, quests, locations, and rewards. Add motion graphics, typography, logos, music, sound design, and effects while following internal and client brand guidelines. Produce multiple aspect ratios, incorporate feedback, capture footage when needed, and deliver campaign-ready commercial videos.

Design polished user interfaces for Roblox games, including menus, HUDs, inventories, shops, and gameplay systems. Create production-ready layered assets, establish visual identities, collaborate with programmers, designers, and artists, and iterate based on testing and player feedback. The role requires strong artistic judgment, usability awareness, communication, independence, and ownership from concept through implementation. This is a UK-remote permanent role, with freelance opportunities also available globally.

Lead Roblox game projects from concept through live operations alongside the Director of Games. Maintain high quality standards, provide direct feedback, challenge ideas, identify and remove production risks, support developers across programming, design, and art, manage milestones and delivery, protect the game vision, and improve development through strong judgment and decision-making.

Develop scalable Roblox gameplay systems, mechanics, progression, economy, UI, audio, and visual features using Roblox Studio and Luau. Optimize client and server performance, debug existing systems, and own features from concept through live release. Collaborate with artists, designers, and founders while contributing to long-term live products, rapid prototyping, and player retention. The role requires extensive commercial Roblox experience, independent technical judgment, and a proven record shipping successful large-scale experiences.

Create funny, relatable, and highly shareable short-form videos featuring Cinnamon’s Roblox games. Responsibilities include producing viral gameplay clips, adapting current TikTok and YouTube Shorts trends, collaborating with the Cinnamon team on content ideas and feedback, and uploading consistently. The role requires an established social media audience, strong editing and storytelling skills, creativity, humor, and an understanding of short-form video performance.
