Role requires up to 30% travel.

Leads theater operations across an assigned region by supervising General Managers, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, driving sales and margins, controlling expenses, protecting assets, and ensuring compliance. Oversees hiring, retention, training, employee engagement, promotions, terminations, and management development. Spends approximately 80% of the time in theaters providing direction, feedback, and operational support.
