Owns food and beverage revenue strategy across all venues and channels. Sets pricing, promotions, bundling, merchandise, and per-capita revenue targets; manages the revenue calendar; tracks performance; and drives corrective actions. Partners with Culinary, Marketing, Film, Operations, Finance, vendors, and licensing partners to launch initiatives and increase guest spending. The role requires P&L ownership, commercial partnership management, menu and pricing analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.

Trainee role preparing employees for management by learning people and operations responsibilities. Assist with hiring, training, coaching, performance management, customer service, daily paperwork, banking, and supervising operational procedures in a theater hospitality environment.

Leads theater operations across an assigned region by supervising General Managers, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, driving sales and margins, controlling expenses, protecting assets, and ensuring compliance.
