Manage day-to-day theatre operations across amusement, food and beverage, guest service, and retail functions. Ensure company, regulatory, facility, and service standards are met; oversee events, staffing, training, coaching, succession planning, employee discipline, budgeting, revenue growth, and business improvement initiatives. The role requires leadership during high-volume periods, customer issue resolution, relationship management, financial accountability, and schedule flexibility.

Provides exceptional guest service in a fast-paced cinema environment. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, supporting an energetic front-of-house experience, communicating effectively, working collaboratively, and maintaining availability for late weekends and some weeknights.

Manages all theatre operations, including guest services, food and beverage, retail, events, facility standards, staffing, training, discipline, budgeting, revenue growth, and business improvement initiatives. Leads management teams, ensures regulatory and company compliance, resolves customer concerns, and maintains strong relationships with employees, guests, corporate departments, and business partners.
