Provides an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced movie theatre environment. Responsibilities may include working in concessions, on the theatre floor, at the box office, and supporting daily theatre operations. The role requires flexibility for evening and late-night shifts, a friendly and energetic approach, teamwork, and comfort interacting with guests. Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification and legal drinking age are assets for serving alcohol.

Manage all theatre operations, including guest services, food and beverage, retail, events, facility standards, budgeting, revenue growth, staffing, training, coaching, succession planning, and employee discipline. The role leads multiple departments, maintains regulatory compliance, resolves customer and employee issues, manages financial targets, and executes initiatives to improve venue performance and guest experience.

Provides guests with an exceptional entertainment experience in a fast-paced cinema environment. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting the public, working collaboratively with the Cineplex team, delivering strong guest service, and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere. Requires weekday daytime availability, with occasional late weekends and weekday evenings.
