Lead end-to-end development and production of digital-first content and scalable formats for YouTube and FAST. Pitch, script, produce, edit, package, publish, and iterate using analytics and A/B testing. Collaborate with Digital, Rights, AI Production, and Post teams to optimize performance, pacing, retention, and monetization while working to tight budgets and timelines.

Generate production-quality stills and motion using generative AI tools, operate and evolve ComfyUI-based pipelines, build prompt libraries and LoRAs, collaborate with producers, maintain generation logs and media management, and set creative quality standards for AI-enabled production workflows.
