Own customer implementations from solution design through deployment and adoption. Build proofs of concept, integrations, custom workflows, data pipelines, and production-quality code using APIs and webhooks. The role is embedded with major internet platforms and requires strong engineering skills, customer ownership, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity.

Build and own AI-focused demand generation at Cinder, including pipeline strategy, positioning, case studies, thought leadership, events, timely campaigns, attribution, lead scoring, and sales handoff. The role requires creating programs from zero, measuring marketing-sourced pipeline, and translating AI trust and safety concepts for generative AI buyers.

Build and ship production machine learning systems for content abuse detection, including data pipelines, classifiers, LLM evaluations, inference infrastructure, monitoring, and model evaluation. Optimize precision, recall, latency, cost, and throughput while partnering with engineering and data teams. Develop moderator intelligence features, build training and serving platforms, establish metrics infrastructure, and mentor teammates. The role requires end-to-end ownership in a startup environment, from messy data and feature engineering through deployment and production monitoring.

Own end-to-end product design for assigned surfaces, from discovery and customer research through high-fidelity prototyping and shipped UI. Partner closely with product and engineering, translate insights into actionable Linear tickets, and help evolve the design system. Contribute to brand, website, marketing, and GTM projects as needed. Participate in design critiques, uphold craft standards, and proactively address design debt while shaping design practices at an early-stage company.

Lead and manage the Core Infrastructure engineering team: set priorities and roadmap, improve execution quality and reliability, coach and develop engineers, drive operational rigor (SLIs/SLOs), coordinate with cross-functional partners, and contribute technically to architecture and code when needed.

Lead the development of an enterprise content safety platform, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver innovative solutions while using technologies like Python and React.

The Account Executive will drive sales strategy, manage customer relationships, and engage with partners to enhance trust and safety solutions for enterprises.
