Teams at Cincinnati Art Museum

Provides reference, research, circulation, and instructional support for an art research library. Assists museum staff, scholars, students, and community users; oversees reading room operations, collection access, interlibrary loans, cataloging, serials, statistics, displays, and public programming. Supports archival processing, volunteer projects, and library communications while maintaining safe collection handling and collaborative museum relationships. Requires occasional evening and weekend work and may oversee operations in the Head Librarian’s absence.

Manages public exhibition and collection-related programming, including lectures, gallery talks, workshops, Summer Camp, Teen Art Show, and children’s programs. Develops interpretive approaches, evaluates program effectiveness, oversees budgets and purchasing, coordinates museum-wide events, builds community partnerships, supports grant reporting, and collaborates with museum learning, marketing, visitor services, and philanthropy teams.
