Supervises resident caregivers during assigned shifts, coordinates resident care, administers medications, maintains charts and medication records, supports activities of daily living, assists with mobility and appointments, communicates status changes, and responds to emergencies when senior staff are absent.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support in a senior living community: greet visitors, maintain security and resident confidentiality, answer phones, tour prospective residents, coordinate mail and appointments, perform basic bookkeeping, and support facility staff while maintaining a tidy, welcoming lobby.

Develops and implements a monthly life enrichment program for senior residents, including individual, small-group, and large events addressing physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational needs. Creates calendars, life stories, end-of-life engagement, and modified activities for frail or cognitively impaired residents. Coordinates with staff, families, and community resources; plans special events; maintains supplies and mandatory health and background requirements.
