Design and coordinate programs, workshops, reporting, GEAP advisory groups, stakeholder engagement, and practical tools to embed D&I across operating companies. Provide advice, analytics, and support for regulatory disclosures and bids to drive measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Lead modernisation of People & Culture analytics by designing and governing Microsoft Fabric lakehouse/warehouse architectures, automating HR reporting pipelines, delivering workforce insights (headcount, attrition, diversity, remuneration), ensuring data governance and compliance, and mentoring stakeholders to uplift analytics capability.

Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior and project leaders, translating business strategy into people plans. Lead workforce planning, talent, organisational design, leadership development, culture initiatives and employee relations. Use workforce data to inform decisions, manage performance and conduct investigations, and elevate leadership capability across project teams and the client group.
