Develop and improve engineering dashboards, reports, data solutions, automated workflows, and resource forecasting processes. Partner with engineering and project teams to improve data quality, resolve digital system issues, support project setup, streamline processes, train users, and contribute to the digital engineering roadmap.

Leads electrical and instrumentation engineering across feasibility studies, FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning for energy, chemical, and minerals-processing projects. Owns technical deliverables including specifications, calculations, drawings, scopes, and work packs; supports site investigations and contractor activities; reviews engineering quality; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients; and provides technical guidance to engineers and designers.

Coordinates and directs engineering design functions for minerals processing and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing engineers and drafters, planning resources, budgets, schedules, technical briefs, design documentation, interfaces, technical queries, non-conformances, and compliance with design management systems. The role also provides technical and administrative leadership to project design teams and supports project delivery across Australia and internationally.
