Support field events, maintain clean handoff notes, and help build the company's outbound playbook by sharing market feedback, messaging insights, and objections. The role is fully onsite in downtown Salt Lake City.

Own end-to-end product design for Cimento’s cybersecurity training platform, from discovery and wireframes through polished shipped experiences. Design workflows for campaign configuration, phishing simulations, monitoring, and employee risk scoring. Build a scalable design system, validate concepts with customers, collaborate closely with engineering, and shape the company’s visual identity across product, marketing, and sales. Use AI design and prototyping tools to accelerate execution in a high-ownership startup environment.

Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold and warm calls, email, LinkedIn, and event support. Qualify prospects, book meetings, manage CRM data, track performance, handle objections, and refine the outbound playbook. The role targets cybersecurity leaders and requires strong communication, resilience, curiosity, and comfort working in an AI-first, fast-paced startup environment.
