Develops and integrates industrial control systems for municipal infrastructure clients. Responsibilities include PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming; control narrative and I/O list development; FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, training, troubleshooting, and client support. The role also contributes to control panel, network, instrumentation, server, and virtualization projects while working independently and with multidisciplinary teams. Hybrid office work and client site visits are required.

Performs industrial system integration for mining and critical infrastructure clients. Responsibilities include PLC, PAC, RTU, DCS, and SCADA/HMI programming; interpreting schematics; developing control narratives and I/O lists; conducting FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, training, troubleshooting, and client support. The role also contributes to control system design, networking, server configuration, multidisciplinary project delivery, and client relationship development.

Provides first- and second-level functional support for Dynamics 365 and related ERP applications. Responsibilities include triaging and documenting incidents, monitoring ERP operations, managing access and user administration, maintaining knowledge bases and procedures, supporting users, identifying recurring issues, and recommending continuous improvements. The role coordinates with functional analysts, technical teams, and external partners while contributing to automation and AI-enabled support practices.
