Leads major road and transportation infrastructure projects from feasibility and preliminary studies through design and implementation. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, quality, multidisciplinary teams, technical road engineering design, reports, plans and specifications, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior staff, coordinating related disciplines, and supporting client communications. The role requires extensive civil engineering experience, professional membership with OIQ, knowledge of road design software, and occasional project travel.

Manages environmental authorization and permitting projects for industrial and other public and private-sector developments. Responsibilities include interpreting regulatory requirements, advising clients on compliance strategies and risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preparing and submitting permit applications and supporting studies, liaising with regulatory authorities, and managing budgets, schedules, quality, and deliverables. The role also mentors staff, supports health and safety compliance, and contributes to business development and service proposals in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Conduct and supervise comprehensive geotechnical studies, including field investigations, laboratory testing, reporting, and design recommendations. Inspect and assess earth dams, coordinate engineering and fieldwork with contractors and suppliers, and prepare technical documents, tender submissions, plans, and specifications for earthworks, slope stabilization, bank protection, and foundations. Mentor junior engineers, engineering trainees, and interns while managing project budgets, schedules, and administration.
