CIMA+ Benefits Overview

Participate in design and refurbishment of hydroelectric plants: prepare plans, schematics and equipment layouts; produce technical documentation; select and quantify equipment; perform basic cable and equipment calculations; coordinate with other engineering disciplines; and provide technical support during construction and installation.

Lead and grow CIMA+'s municipal wastewater practice across Ontario. Provide strategic and technical leadership across project phases, oversee design and delivery of treatment plants, collection systems and pumping stations, manage budgets/resources/risks, build client relationships and business, mentor staff, and represent the firm at industry events.

Lead and support systems engineering and integration for transit projects, defining requirements, architectures, and integration strategies. Perform surveys, hazard and risk assessments, verification/validation, commissioning and system acceptance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review technical documentation, manage interfaces, and produce engineering plans and technical reports to deliver reliable transit communications, safety, and passenger systems.
