Lead growth strategy and roadmap development for healthcare subscription products. Own the acquisition funnel from discovery through conversion, activation, and retention handoff. Define value propositions, KPIs, experimentation practices, and growth models while partnering with Analytics, Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and CRM teams. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities, deliver scalable subscription capabilities, and balance consumer value with business, privacy, compliance, and operational considerations.

Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack features for a production optimization application using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and TypeScript. Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, implement secure and auditable business logic, and deliver modular, testable code. Develop unit, integration, and scenario-level tests while preserving reliability, traceability, and architectural consistency. Take independent ownership of solutions, communicate proactively, and contribute to evolving BDD practices.

Architect and build AI-enabled cloud infrastructure for agentic AI platforms, primarily on AWS with Azure as a secondary platform. Responsibilities include cloud account and environment design, SDN micro-segmentation to isolate rogue agents, centralized policy and control planes governing agent access and actions, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation using OpenTofu, Terramate, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
