The Software Engineering Associate Advisor will design and implement scalable AI solutions, focusing on privacy and security, while collaborating with diverse teams across the software development lifecycle.

Designs, implements, and maintains scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized platforms, and database services. Manages AWS and OpenShift deployments, Terraform automation, monitoring, security, backups, patching, performance tuning, capacity planning, and recovery strategies. Collaborates with developers and infrastructure teams in an Agile environment, troubleshoots technical issues, documents solutions, and supports software and hardware releases.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal systems and external clients. Build REST APIs, PL/SQL data logic, Python message-queue services, and automated Excel and PDF reports. Troubleshoot production integration issues, document APIs and data flows, gather client requirements, and apply testing, monitoring, logging, and error-handling practices. Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to deliver reliable integration solutions.
