Advise senior leadership and the board, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with product safety, emissions, manufacturing, import/export, labor, and workplace regulations.

Manages nationwide automotive aftersales operations across service, parts, warranty, and body shop functions. Drives revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, service quality, inventory efficiency, and HSE compliance. Leads service managers, technicians, and support staff while overseeing financial reporting, warranty recovery, campaigns, customer complaints, and strategic growth initiatives such as fleet contracts and network expansion.
